Foreign manufacturers must complete pre-qualification on the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) portal and the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) vendor database. Incorporating a Nigerian limited-liability company and obtaining a Tax Identification Number (TIN) are mandatory steps to receive payment from the federal treasury.
